LEAD 359 opened on September 4, 2024, and is the first new school building built in District 7 in more than 10 years.

Located at 639 St. Ann’s Avenue in the Bronx, our state-of-the-art facility brings 547 seats, which include 96 seats for District 75. The building boasts 32 classrooms including 4 pre-k, 3 kindergarten, 15 standard, 2 special education and 8 District 75 classrooms.

Our fully accessible and air-conditioned 4-story school building features:

• Read and speech resource rooms;
• A science resource room;
• Art and music classrooms;
• A library;
• Gymnatorium;
• Medical, guidance and administrative suites;
• Staff lunch and conference room;
• Parent and community room;
• Kitchen and cafeteria room;
• Exercise room;
• And, an outdoor play area.
